Which file types can I upload?
Photos: JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIF, TIFF, HEIC, DNG, CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW — up to 200 MB each. Video: MP4, MOV, M4V, AVI, MKV — up to 8 GB each.
How fast will I get my edits?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours. You can choose express or rush delivery at checkout, down to 4 hours.
How is the price calculated?
Each service is priced per image or per video, and the total updates as your files upload. Faster turnarounds add a percentage on top. You always see the final amount before paying.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or a card through PayPal.
I uploaded the wrong photos — can I fix it?
Yes. Until you pay, you can remove files or whole services from your order and the total adjusts automatically.
Where do I get my finished files?
Log in to the client portal to follow your job and download the results when they're ready.
